TwinTiger LLC (“TwinTiger,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates powerquiz.org, the PowerQuiz mobile applications, our online stores, and all related digital platforms, content, and services (collectively, the “Services”). We create and sell family-friendly trivia cards, mobile apps, and corporate quiz compilations suitable for ages 3+.

By accessing or using our Services—or by voluntarily providing your personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number—you expressly agree to this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your information as described herein. You also consent to receive transactional communications and marketing messages (newsletters, promotions, product releases, and special offers) unless and until you opt out. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy.

TwinTiger does not store full card numbers or sensitive authentication information.

1.6 Children’s Information (COPPA Compliance)

Our Services are appropriate for ages 3+, but we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verified parental consent. Parents may request deletion anytime.

  • Creating derivative works
  • Commercial use of our questions, cards, or app content

We enforce rights via DMCA notices, international takedowns, and legal action when necessary.
