Return Policy

PowerQuiz Return Policy

This Return Policy (“Policy”) governs the return, refund, and replacement procedures for products purchased from TwinTiger LLC and its subsidiaries (“Organization,” “ Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you (“Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein.

1. General Return Eligibility

Subject to the terms of this Policy, returns are accepted only for standard, non-custom, physical PowerQuiz Trivia Card products. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within ten (10) days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.
  • The Customer must provide a valid proof of purchase.

The Company reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following categories of products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or Personalized Products – Any product created, printed, customized, or modified specifically for the Customer.

2.2 Digital Content – Any downloadable or electronically delivered products, including but not limited to digital trivia content, files, or subscriptions.

2.3 Items designated as final sale at the time of purchase.

These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled under any circumstances once the order has been processed.

3. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of an eligible returned product, the Company will notify the Customer regarding approval or denial of the refund.

3.1 Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

3.2 The Company may deduct shipping costs, restocking fees, or other applicable charges as permitted by law.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a Customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the Customer must notify the Company within seven (7) days of delivery.

4.1     Notification must include photographic evidence and a description of the issue.
4.2  Upon verification, the Company will, at its discretion, either replace the item or issue a refund.
4.3     Failure to report the issue within the specified time frame may void the Customer’s eligibility for replacement or refund.

5. Return Procedure

Customers seeking to initiate a return must contact PowerQuiz at sales@twintiger.org and provide:

Order number

Reason for return

Photographic evidence (if applicable)

Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

6. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version of the Policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern.
